NCS performs a program wide self assessment annually.  This process includes parent focus groups, field staff, management staff, governance bodies and broad range of public, private and non-profit child and family service providers. Program improvements are immediately made for compliance issues that emerge and planning discussion are held regarding quality improvement suggestions.

Ongoing Monitoring takes place in the areas of health, mental health, nutrition, dental health, individualization, classroom environments, instructional technique, parent involvement, child safety, family services, enrollment, recruitment, selection, attendance and finance.  Data is regularly collected and organized to form regular reports on progress in meeting required and recommended standards.  Ongoing communication takes place between the work of staff in the field and program managers and supervisor regarding issue of meeting child and family needs.
