Interview & Hiring Process

  • The interview panel typically consists of two to five people who are familiar with the requirements of the position.
  • You can prepare for the interview by reviewing the job description prior to the interview.
  • References are checked after the interview and before we offer the position to an applicant.  Making sure your references know to potentially expect a call can help speed up the process. 
  • If you are offered the position, your employment will begin after your fingerprints have been cleared by California Community Care Licensing.
